Refund & Cancellation Policy

Green Leaf Foundation, Gossaigaon is a non-profit organization working for social welfare and community development. Donations and contributions made to the Foundation are voluntary and are used strictly for charitable and developmental purposes. 1. General Policy All donations made to Green Leaf Foundation are treated as final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be refunded, except in cases of genuine error. 2. Refund in Case of Error A refund may be considered under the following circumstances: Duplicate payment due to technical error Incorrect amount entered by the donor Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor In such cases, the donor must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date with proof of payment and relevant details. 3. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation. 4.
